Naughty Dog have announced that their highly acclaimed title, The Last of Us is coming to the PlayStation 4 as a Remastered version.
Posted on the PlayStation US blog, Community Strategist for Naughty Dog, Arne Meyer revealed that The Last of Us Remastered will include “a list of upgrades including higher resolution character models, improved shadows and lighting, upgraded textures, along with even more improvements”.
Along with the technical upgrades, Meyer also mentioned that The Last of Us Remastered will include exclusive director’s commentary for all in-game cinematics including Creative Director and Writer, Neil Druckmann; voice of Joel, Troy Baker; and the voice of Ellie, Ashley Johnson.
The game will also include all additional content previously released on the PlayStation 3 version, including the Left Behind single player expansion, Abandoned Territories multiplayer map pack, and the yet to be released Reclaimed Territories pack.
