Activision Post Destiny Collector’s Editions Reveal Video, Ghost Edition Stock Starts to Dwindle

Activision and Bungie have uploaded a reveal video, showing all the features within each collector’s bundle of their upcoming title, Destiny.

The video shows what is included in the Ghost Edition, Limited Edition and Digital Guardians Edition. All of the items included are explained by key members of the Destiny development team.

In addition to the video, stock levels are starting to decrease of the highly sought after Ghost Edition. Earlier this morning, JB Hi-Fi posted pre-order links to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One Ghost Editions, with both being exclusively available through their online store.

With EB Games however, the retailer has already exhausted their stock to early pre-ordering customers, with some reports of stores only being able to obtain a maximum of three units. We don’t expect to see JB holding on to their stock for much longer, so now’s the time if you’re after one of these.

Destiny releases on 9 September for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Will you be picking up a copy? Maybe a Ghost Edition? Let us know!

Got the Ghost edition for PS4.

Is anyone else jumping into the beta??

Did anyone else play the Alpha? My brother came over for half a day to check the game out and we both had an absolute blast. My only issue was the voice acting from Peter Dinklage. While i love Mr Dinklage as as Tyrion in game of thrones I thought it sounded phoned in, a bit unemotional and robotic. My brother thought it was fine and made the valid point that he is a a robot. I know it was only the Alpha and im hopeful its going to be better on release. Curious to know what you thought of the voice acting and of the game in general??

Nice one! Korthal and myself have got pre-orders down for a Ghost Edition on Xbox One.
I’d like to play the beta, but four days of game time for Xbox users is a bit of a let-down. I’m not overly fussed if I play it or not, as I’ve already played the Alpha. I thought the game was quite good – an open world structure similar to Mass Effect with gameplay mechanics akin to Halo. I certainly agree with the voice acting in the Alpha, it sounded almost lifeless. Thankfully, Bungie have hinted that it will likely be changed/re-done. So here’s hoping that it will be improved during the beta!
