Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation’s heroine will be making an appearance in the next title to the franchise, Assassin’s Creed 4.
In an article posted on iDigital Times, AC4’s game’s director, Ashraf Ismail revealed that Aveline will feature in three bonus missions which are exclusive to both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. These missions will start off from where AC3: Liberation concluded. Liberation was a PS Vita exclusive, with a story that ran parallel to the events occurring in Assassin’s Creed 3.
For Assassin’s Creed 4, the official page states that “Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag begins in 1715, when pirates established a lawless republic in the Caribbean and ruled the land and seas. These outlaws paralyzed navies, halted international trade, and plundered vast fortunes. They threatened the power structures that ruled Europe, inspired the imaginations of millions, and left a legacy that still endures”.
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag releases on 31 October 2013 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. The title will also be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
