Assassin’s Creed Unity – Dead Kings DLC Available Next Week

Ubisoft have announced that the Dead Kings DLC for Assassin’s Creed Unity will release next week.

The story behind Dead Kings occurs after the events of Assassin’s Creed Unity, where Arno leaves Paris for Saint Denis, a mysterious city that holds the crypts of deceased French kings. Sent on a mission to the extensive underground of the Basilica, Arno will face a faction of new foes, the Raiders, populating its catacombs. Equipped with a lantern and a new powerful weapon, the Guillotine gun, Arno will have to navigate the dangerous passageways to uncover the darkest secrets of the city.

Dead Kings will include a single player campaign, along with open world activities and side missions, including new Murder Mysteries, enigmas and cooperative missions. Ubisoft have mentioned that both single-player and co-operative modes will allow players to unlock new weapons, gear and outfits that carry over between Assassin’s Creed Unity and Assassin’s Creed Unity – Dead Kings.

The new DLC will release on 14 January on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, and will be free for all who have purchased a copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity. Let us know if you’ll be checking out Dead Kings!
