Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones recently made its multiplatform launch after releasing on Wii U late last year. We reviewed the title and thought it was an incredibly fun game, and with thanks to our friends over at Surprise Attack, we got to see how it performs on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
The most notable difference when playing on any of the three new platforms is the lack of gamepad, which displayed the map while you were playing the game. This is not a set back though as Stealth Inc 2 easily immerses you with its almost endless ways of exploring the world to find all the test chambers. The Xbox One and DualShock 4 controllers are both utilised very well and integrate seamlessly to the gameplay stylings.
One issue I have noticed is in the PC release of Stealth Inc 2 and how the game runs noticeably faster than its console counterparts. Due to this, some platform challenges were quite difficult to overcome and requires the player to react quicker to keep up with the pace of the game. Apart from that, using the keyboard and mouse was just as fluent as using a controller.
Whichever platform you choose to play Stealth Inc 2 on, you will have an amazing experience with the game and Curve Studios have done an excellent job to ensure it is kept equally immersive across all platforms.
Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones is out now on Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U, with the PC version releasing through Steam on 30 April.
