Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed Until 2018

Rockstar Games, developers of Grand Theft Auto and the Red Dead series have announced their latest game is going to take longer to complete than originally thought. Red Dead Redemption 2 is now set to release in Q1 2018 instead of it’s originally announced release date of Q3/Q4 of 2017.

We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer. – Rockstar Games post

It’s not all doom and gloom though. There were a bunch of new screenshots released alongside this update to tease us while wait for the release.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is now set to launch Q1 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
