Razer kept their fans guessing as to what they were bringing to this year’s CES, and they’ve added a new system to their lineup of Blade laptops.
Revealed earlier today, the Razer Blade Stealth is a 12.5″ ultrabook that offers portability but still allows for gaming on the same system when at home. This is achieved with the Razer Core, a graphics card dock that boosts the graphics capabilities of the ultrabook via a Thunderbolt connection. The specs of the Blade Stealth alone are quite impressive at base level, with a 2560 x 1440 QHD display, 128GB SSD, 8GB DDR3 RAM and Intel Core i7 6500U CPU. Need more USB ports or an Ethernet connection? The Razer Core adds four USB 3.0 ports to the system with the existing two on the ultrabook along with an Ethernet port.
No price or release date has been set for Australia as yet, but the Razer Blade Stealth goes on sale in the US on 29 January at a starting price of $999.99 USD. More information can be found on the official site.
