PAX Australia 2019 Tickets On Sale Now

PAX Australia returns to Melbourne from 11-13 October and tickets are now available to purchase.

Tickets to the event this year cost $65 for a single day pass and $170 for a three day pass. Content Manager for PAX Australia, Luke Lancaster comments on the earlier date of PAX Australia compared to previous years, mentioning that “We heard your cry for PAX to come sooner,” and that “It turns out planning PAX is much like scheduling a D&D game, and when we sat down to plan the first weekend we all had free was in October. Apologies to any other sessions we may have disrupted.”

The event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. As the centrepiece of the Melbourne International Games Week (which occurs on 5-13 October), PAX Australia is a festival for gamers to celebrate gaming culture. The event this year will feature more games and independent developers to check out, and will have over 150 hours of live stage content.

The PAX partnership with EB Expo will also return this year, offering a showcase of the latest games, hardware, cosplay, pop culture and esports, along with additional panels to the show.

Tickets can be purchased now from the official ticket purchasing site. More information about PAX Australia can be found from the official PAX Aus website or through Facebook and Twitter.

The Progress Bar team have attended PAX Australia since its first show in 2013, and we look forward to covering the event again this year. Let us know if you’ll be attending!
