Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut Releases Today

The Director’s Cut version of the 2011 addition to the Deus Ex franchise, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, has released today.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut offers a number of improvements over the core release, including overhauled boss fights, refined game balance and combat, improved A.I., over 8 hours of developer commentary and striking visual improvements which Eidos Montreal says “makes this the most immersive Deus Ex experience available”. Additional features include functionality for the Wii U GamePad that makes the touchscreen interface Adam Jensen’s primary neural hub enhancement.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut releases today in retailers across Australia for Wii U. PC gamers who own an original copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution can upgrade to the Director’s Cut on Steam for half price, with an extra 25% taken off if The Missing Link DLC has previously been purchased. No word on if the Director’s Cut will make it to any other platforms in Australia, but we’ll keep you up to date when we hear more details!
