2K has announced that Borderlands 3 is now available on Steam, and to celebrate, it’s launching at a limited-time price, and the Gold Weapons Skin Pack is free to download until April 1, 2020.
The news gets better as it was also announced that it would feature PC Cross-Play, allowing users of the Epic Games Launcher to loot side-by-side with their new Steam friends. You’ll be able to add fellow vault hunters to your Friends List and team up in co-op to explore the world of Pandora regardless of how you launch Borderlands 3 on your PC.
2K has also promised that more features are en route, including the ability to mail weapons between PC platforms. No tracking numbers will be required.
All three versions of Borderlands 3 are available half-price on Steam until March 20, 2020. You can pick up the Standard Edition for $AUD44.97, the Deluxe Edition for $AUD54.97 which includes the Retro Cosmetic Pack, Neon Cosmetic Pack, Gearbox Cosmetic Pack, Toy Box Weapons Pack, and XP and Loot Drop Boost, or the Super Deluxe Edition for $AUD64.97 which includes everything in the Deluxe Edition as well as the Season Pass.
