More details for PAX Australia 2014 have been revealed, as Bethesda’s Vice President for PR and Marketing, Pete Hines will be providing the opening “storytime” keynote for the expo.
Pete has worked at Bethesda since 1999, leading the marketing, PR and community efforts within the company. He has been involved in many tasks (writing manuals and playtesting games to name a few) before his time as VP, and has played a key role in bringing a number of Bethesda’s franchises into the modern era of gaming, including The Elder Scrolls, Wolfenstein and Fallout. Pete has also played an important part of bringing successful new IP such as Dishonored and The Evil Within to market.
Along with the keynote reveal, musical acts that are confirmed to attend PAX Australia are Paul & Storm, Freezepop and MC Frontalot.
PAX Australia will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 31 October to 2 November 2014. Friday, Sunday and 3 Day International Passes are still available from the official website.
