To celebrate 25 years of Civilization building and Dynasty destruction, Firaxis Games have announced Civilization VI for PC. The iconic turn-based strategy game is set to release on October 21st 2016.
The biggest notable change after watching this announcement trailer is the drastic change in art-style. The cartoon looking art-style is a clean and crisp way of displaying your empire as it expands across land and sea. These clean looking cities will no longer be restricted to the one tile environment in the previous games and will instead sprawl across your controlled tiles to give the game a more realistic feel.
Along with the announcement of Civilization VI there is currently a Steam sale for all previous Civilization titles which makes now the perfect time to experience the turn-based rise of an empire.
