If you’re the kind of person who’s into stealth games and all things involving fire, here’s a title that will be right up your alley.

Wildfire is a new Australian made stealth platformer that has just hit Kickstarter. Developed by Sneaky Bastards and created by Daniel Hindes (editor of GameSpot AU, former editor of PC PowerPlay), the game allows the player to summon and manipulate fire to their advantage in a stealth environment.

As this rare, latent power unexpectedly manifests within you, you’ll find yourself pursued by a deadly army of swordswomen, skilled archers, and their vicious, trained animals, who fear what you are capable of. Sneak in shadows, creep through tall grass, and conceal yourself in smoke as you summon fire to terrify enemies.

The game is currently under development with an estimated release date of March 2016, and will be available on Windows PC with keyboard, mouse and gamepad support.

Keen to check it out early? An alpha build can be downloaded from the official site. Want to see Wildfire on Steam? The title can be voted on Greenlight right now.

More information on Wildfire can be found on Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight as well as through the official Facebook and Twitter accounts. Let us know what you think of it!
