Eidos-Montreal and Bandai Namco have announced that development has completed on the upcoming Thief reboot.
Title Producer, Stephane Roy declared the good news today, saying “It’s a wrap, Thief is gold”.
“It’s nearly time for the fans to fall in love with Thief all over again, and time for newcomers to finally see what all the fuss is about. Thief is one of the founding-fathers of the stealth genre; we’re proud to have worked on such a well-loved series and proud to say; Garrett, the Master Thief is back.”
To celebrate the news, Eidos-Montreal have released the Thief-101 trailer which provides a key insight into the game’s story, characters, gameplay and feature set.
Thief releases in Australia on 27 February on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
